How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

Every product on our site includes detailed descriptions noting which skin types it's best suited for. You can also filter our Skincare Essentials collection by skin type. If you're unsure about your skin type, check out our blog post "Understanding Your Skin Type" or contact our beauty advisors for personalized recommendations.

Are your products cruelty-free?

We prioritize cruelty-free brands and clearly label them. While not every product in our collection is certified cruelty-free (as we also feature legacy brands with effective formulations), we're actively increasing our cruelty-free offerings. Filter by "cruelty-free" when shopping to see only those options.

Do you offer samples?

For select products, we offer deluxe samples or travel sizes. We also occasionally include samples with orders. If you're unsure about a full-size commitment, check the product page to see if a smaller size is available, or contact us for recommendations on similar products with return-friendly policies.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unopened products in original packaging. For skincare and makeup, we understand you may need to try products, so opened items can be returned within 30 days if they cause irritation or don't work for your skin—just contact us to discuss. How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping delivers in 5-7 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Are the products authentic?

Absolutely. We source all products directly from authorized distributors and brand partners. Every item is 100% authentic and comes with manufacturer guarantees. We would never compromise your trust or your skin with counterfeit products.

Can I purchase products as gifts?

Yes! You can specify a different shipping address at checkout and include a gift message. We also offer beautifully designed gift sets curated by skin concern or product type. Digital gift cards are available if you'd prefer the recipient choose their own products.

How do I know if a product contains ingredients I'm allergic to?
