SHIPPING POLICY

At Skin Elixera, we know you're excited to start your new beauty routine. We work diligently to get your products to you quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships, complete with tracking information.

During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing may take slightly longer. We'll communicate any delays proactively.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $25

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Special Handling for Certain Products

Some products (certain serums, natural formulations) may require special packaging to protect them during transit, especially in extreme temperatures. We may delay shipping during severe heat or cold to protect product integrity. If your order contains temperature-sensitive products, we'll note this and may contact you about timing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your shipment through the carrier's website or by logging into your Skin Elixera account.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all 50 US states. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain locations due to regulations—any restrictions will be noted on the product page. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is in development. Join our newsletter to be notified when we expand to additional countries.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or products are leaking, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and original packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed, and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes "delivered" scans occur before actual delivery)
  4. Contact us if you still can't locate it—we'll help resolve the situation
