RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every product and feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a full refund.
Return Conditions
Unopened Products: Can be returned in original condition with all seals intact.
Opened Skincare: We understand you need to try products to know if they work for your skin. Opened skincare can be returned within 30 days if the product causes irritation or doesn't work for you. We ask that at least 50% of the product remains.
Opened Makeup: Due to health and safety regulations, opened makeup can only be returned if defective or if it caused an adverse reaction. Please contact us to discuss before returning.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at returns@skinelixera.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label via email (for eligible returns)
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Ship within 7 days of receiving your return label
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items): We cover return shipping
- Returns for other reasons (didn't work for your skin, changed mind): $8 return shipping fee deducted from your refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Products with broken safety seals (unless defective)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital content (skincare guides, etc.)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or shade, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. If the item you want might sell out, contact us—we may be able to hold it for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or causes an adverse reaction, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. You won't need to return the item unless we specifically request it for quality control purposes.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Contact us immediately, and we'll send the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Store Credit Option
If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, we'll add 15% to your return value as a thank you for your continued loyalty. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing can take time)
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@skinelixera.com
Our Satisfaction Promise
Your skin is unique, and what works for others might not work for you. We'd rather help you find products you'll love than keep your money for products sitting unused. If something doesn't work for your skin within the return window, let's talk about it.
